Hacienda del Sol Fact Sheet

  • Hacienda del Sol was built between 2004 and 2007 and is arranged in various phases, with the main Hacienda del Sol complex comprising phases 2, 3A and 3B on the left hand side and phases 4, 4B and 4C on the right hand side of the complex.
  • There is a gymnasium, sauna, showers and a huge outdoor jacuzzi (for 40 people).
  • There are also two flood-lit padel tennis courts.
  • There are five of six apartments in each block (or “portal”) with a total of 62 “portals – 309 apartments in total.
  • Apartments have either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and every penthouse is a duplex.
  • Each apartment has at least one parking space and at least one store room.
  • Penthouses are generally bigger than apartments, and also very bright. Penthouses also have the benefit of being allowed to barbecue.
  • Fully gated, with 24-hour security.
  • Owners and tenants have the option of using the communal wifi with Avatel (special rates apply).
  • Each phase has its own large pool as well as a children’s pool.
  • The large pool in phase 4B has facilities for less able users.
  • Community fees for a three-bedroom apartment are just under €200 per month, and fees for a three-bedroom apartment are just over €200 per month.
